Uploaded Image, Queued for a long time (shows 0 images in project)

Hi,

I have been trying to upload a bunch of images captured from my personal drone. The uploads seem to have worked successfully, and now the project details are :
status - queued
Images(0)
But I have screenshot to confirm the image upload was successful. What could the engine be doing ?
Approximately when can I expect to see a 3D structure ?

Hi,

The project completed a few hours after submission and I am able to see the 3D model in the project view now.
However, after I exported the LAS file and opened using CloudCompare, all I see is a single straight line (attached image). What steps would enable me to open it up in CliudCompare the same way I see it in the embedded DroneDeploy app viewer ?
