As a new account holder, I want to be clear on what I can deliver to a potential client, whom is not a subscriber to DD. Other than an ortho map or panorama, does the client have any capability to pull data off images themselves, or is that information I have to provide?
I just want to create expectations that can be met.

If you initiate the exports ahead of time they will be able to use the view-only link to see the map and download whatever data you can produce. They just won’t be able to use annotations.
Are you saying I can send a REPORT with map and Annotations, but they just can’t pull them?
What about 3D model?

They should be able to see everything in the DroneDeploy interface which does include reports like volumetrics.
