Hello,
I have a Mavic Air (1) and lots of batteries because I want to take nice large orthophotos. I know it’s not the latest model, but it shouldn’t be a problem to take a large 2D orthophoto with this drone.
I can create a map in the app that I want to fly over. When the drone takes off, it also starts the planned flight and takes the photos with a camera angle of 90 degrees perpendicular to the ground. However, when the first battery is running low, the camera automatically returns to the take-off point and lands. When I insert the second battery, I can click in DroneDeploy to continue the mission, but in practice the drone starts the flight all over again. It is therefore not possible to continue the planned route with the second (third, fourth, …) battery.
What am I doing wrong? What could be the problem?
Thank you and LG!
