I have tried everything I can think. Whenever I start mapping the camera hours horizontal. If I try to soon the camera down it will move for a second down before resetting to the horizontal position. I hope it’s something I’m doing wrong because this app is so much better than all the other mapping apps if the camera would aim down.
Hi Christopher, sorry to hear this. Could you try uninstalling and re-installing the app? I know they released some new fixes recently. Otherwise, firstname.lastname@example.org should be able to help.
Thanks for the quick reply I tried uninstalling and making sure the update that came out yesterday was installed but it still only shoots horizonal. Is there any kind of log file I can send to help troubleshoot?
I might try resetting the camera in DJI Go. Barring that, if the camera is still only shooting horizontally, I’d check with support.
