Hi. Again, I have to complain that flight logs are not available after the flights have been executed! My account is firstname.lastname@example.org
Yesterday I made 5 flights (folder Restauração: Jaú) and on all flights, the flight log is not available. The message in all of them is: “No flight logs avaiable”. When will this option on the DroneDeploy system work effectively?

I’m sorry to hear your flight logs are not syncing! I checked your mobile logs under email@example.com and it seems you are using an unsupported device. We currently do not support the Samsung Galaxy A5 (SM-A520F) with DroneDeploy, so unfortunately, we won’t be able to fully troubleshoot with you. We recommend switching to one of our Supported Devices listed on our page and see if the problem persists.
Please also check to make sure that your drone firmware is up to date. I see that your firmware version is not supported and that may be causing issues with recording your flight logs. I hope that helps!
