Failed to load waypoints Phantom 4 pro (android)

Dear all

I can’t start an aerial mission because the drone deploy failed to upload the waypoints to my Phantom 4 pro. I would appreciate if someone could give me a feedback how to solve this problem. I’ve reinstalled drone deploy checking the settings and everything seems to be normal.

  1. When did this issue begin or have you always experienced this?
  2. Are you seeing an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you verify that all of your apps, software, and firmware are up to date for your drone, mobile device, and remote?

We’ll start with these.

Hi Christina,

I’ve found a fix to it. If you activate the option load a shapefile or kml the previous flight plans made without shapefiles or kml don’t work. It is necessary to deactivate this option to work.
