Drone would not start mission once in the air

This is has never happened to me before.

I am using Mavic 2 Pro. Drone firmware: 01.00.0797. The flight in the authorization zone up to 50ft. I got the authorization and was able to unlock the zone in the drone. Once at the location, I am able to fly the drone.

In the Drone deploy app. I open the project. I get all greens in the ore-flight check. I press the start mission button, the drone goes up to 50 ft and just stays there it does not go to the start point. In the app I see the a red dot next to the Airspace & LAANC and the only other warning is Low Altitude.

When I get home (where I do not need unlock any zones), I am able to fly a similar mission.

Any ideas why the drone would go up, but not go to the start point.

Here are the project settings

Hi there,

Thank you for posting to our forum. Something to consider here is the flight path from the start point to Waypoint 1. DroneDeploy will increase the altitude by 5-10ft during this travel path for safety.

If you’re airspace limit is 50ft, and your plan is at 50ft, there is not enough room for the drone to make the trip to Waypoint 1.

I recommend lowering your plan by 5-10ft. I understand that’s tough for a limited airspace like this.
