If you recently updae your firmware Check “Multiple Flight Mode” is on in DJI Go.

Im having the same problem with my DJI Air 2s. I cannot find anywhere in the DJI Fly app to enable Multiple flight mode

This is the current master thread.

Hi there - on the checklist stops at CAMERA - says change multiple flight modes which I cant find on DJI FLY app

hi mike, have you found a solution to this problem?

Hi do we have an update for the dji rc-n1 and the air 2 please. No multiple flight Modes in dji fly app and controller incompatible. The full sdk for the air 2 and air 2s are available from Dji and have been for a while.

Litchi uses these files so what’s going on?

I am a totally new user, I have faced the same problem in my first flight. Then I cleared all data from dji flight app, then Formatted the SD card, Now my drone is ready to take the flight.

What mobile device are you using?

Device: S20 Ultra
Operating system: Android 13

I believe the Mavic Air 2 and DJI Air 2S are only compatible via iOS.
