no flight button coming up on app to start flight for mapping .in corner get sd card icon only saved a planned flight, no commence flight no plane in corner to start.firmware updated and re installed dji go and drone deploy app please help

Hi @skyworx are you using android? If so, please check the cable and make sure you can connect the drone with DJI Go app. Otherwise, it may be this issue: http://support.dronedeploy.com/docs/samsung-marshmallow

it seems to be ok if I put android to factory settings it works but with auto updates turn off it still updates and lose connection dnt know how to stop updates on android unless updates on apps sort this problem eventually ?
