I’m wanting to use dronedeploy to look for apple disease in trees. i would like to take one photo at ground level that would identify the feature we are looking at, then fly the orchard. Can I do this.?
Ground level? Like an oblique (angled) image from the drone? you can perform your normal flight and when the Drone is finished flip to S Mode and back to P mode to take control. You can then use the PIP to take whatever pictures you want with whatever battery you have left. Hope I understood you correctly.
