Samsung Tab S3, unable to load into android app

We’ve been using this tablet for about 5 years with DroneDeploy and we are now unable to get into the app. It is stuck on the loading screen “Loading account data, Initializing Device, Starting app” boot loop.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache with no luck. I see the Tab S3 is still listed under supported devices. Anyone else have this issue? Sure hope we don’t have to buy a new tablet.

By installing previous APK version 4.124.0 Jan 26, 2023 I was able to get into the app again. This is not the solution I am hoping for though.
