DD not loading up

First time using it with DD

Samsung Galaxy Tab S2

Why is it not loading up or working?

Can any one help?

I have had this before and found reinstalling the app resolved the issue.

Yes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and turn the power on the tablet off and back on to clear out possible conflicts.

I’d like to chime in and add that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 is no longer officially supported for DroneDeploy. I suggest taking a look at our page of Supported Devices (Mobile and Tablet) to see what we currently offer support for.
