Reset password through app not working for me

Can’t sign into the app on the mobile device for some reason. Hit the reset password button, enter the email address, says it will send me a link. I never receive anything. It’s not in a junk folder, trash folder, any folder period. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thank you.
