I just tried to fly a mission, and when I went to the Flight App on iphone and ipad, it asked for login, used the credentials to login, and it said not valid. I logged in via an internet browse ( Chrome, not Safari ), but can not access my account via the app. I had to use Pix4D mapper to acquire pics, but this is stupid. Drone Deploy just renewed my subscription and charged me accordingly,… so i’m not sure what’s the issue. Even if I select “forgot password”, it says email address isn’t valid… any ideas??
