No images on SD card

Hello
I am a new user with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro. I’m attempting to use DroneDeploy on an android phone.

I’ve created a simple project flying over my shop in 3d capture mode and flown it twice. Both times it says it captured about 240 images, and I can see the images as it is flying but there are no images on the SD card.

Its a brand new card Kingston 128 gig, certified for 4k video. I know the card is ok because the DJI.gis file is on it.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you check if the default location of the data is the DS or the internal memory of the drone. If it is the internal the files have been saved in the drone space not the SD card.

If accidentally stored in “drone space” can the files be retrieved, if so, how?

if you remove the sd card before turning the battery off you can lose the files.
