Aloha all. We’ve been using DD for a few years now primarily capturing photos on non-DJI platforms and using DD to process the imagery though we have some exposure to P3A workflow. On our first mission with the Mavic Pro everything went entirely as planned and when we retrieved the SD card there were no images captured. We’ll be sure to give it another shot soon but thought that we would report it in case there is a simple resolution.

Aloha. This might be a dumb question on my part, as you’re experienced professionals, but did you format the SD card through the DJI GO app? That seems to work with other users who’ve experienced this issue. Please let me know.
Thanks for the quick feedback. Yes and no. I didn’t format the card prior to use but I captured some video in it prior to the mission so that may be the ticket. I’ll give that a shot and report back.
