Ever since I changed to the most recent firmware, my Mavic 2 Pro does not take off after DD does preflight and I click on the green light button to take off — drone just sits there and doesn’t even start the props. It does not take off until I uninstall DD and then re-install DD. My device is a Tripltek 8. Any suggestions? Is DD planning an update to Flight?

It sounds like you’re using an unsupported device.

Although the Tripltek may have worked in the past, it’s not one of our tested and quality-assured devices. Due to this, updates to the app or drone could impact your experience.
