I flew a mission today requiring a battery swap. After taking off with the second set of batteries installed, telemetry seemed to not flow tot the DroneDeploy app however, the mission flew as planned. I now have all the required images and have uploaded them but the mission shows incomplete and I can not manually close the flight. The map does not seem to be generating. How can I close the flight plan to begin the map generation?

If you kindly send an email to support@dronedeploy.com with the project name and date, we’d be happy to investigate any potential issues here. In the meantime, I would ensure you’re on the latest version of DroneDeploy and the drone firmware is up to date.
