I’m trying to make a flight for mapping but when I turn on the app it doesn’t connect with my drone, Phantom 3 pro.

Hi Fernando. The Phantom 3 Pro is no longer supported but if you can provide some detail on what’s happening we might be able to get you flying.

@Fernandoaax_de_Freit thank you for reaching out as @MichaelL stated the P3P it is no longer supported in the DroneDeploy app, and DJI has discontinued updates for this model. You can, however, still capture images manually and upload them from your SD card into DroneDeploy to process the imagery and create maps and models.
