I uploaded images for processing, unfortunately the map failed to process. Is there a way i could download these images from dronedeploy or have them sent to me as i have lost the hard drive i kept these images in?

Possibly. I’m not sure if the different plans have different export options but you might be able to go to exports and then choose source and you’ll download the original images.
