Create 2d map with trial

Hello all,
I recently started the trial to learn more about the software as I may use it to map for Trout Unlimited. I have created and executed a flight plan and data collection. When I attempt to upload the photos from the SD card to the project on the Drone Deploy website it shows the data upload as “Queued” and never actually loads (see screenshot). What is the problem? Is a subscription required to do this?

That would be odd as I’m trying to determine the ease a efficacy of the mapping features before I commit to a subscription.

Hey Philip, welcome! I have seen this with a latent data connection but you should have full functionality during your trial period. I would suggest that you contact support as this forum is effectively user moderated.
