I added a test flight of images to test, images were uploaded, but the map is not proceeded yet. I added the test on the 24th. it said 7-15hr, so I am not sure if I did something wrong or if it in a queue or . Thanks
The online support through the app may be a better place to get quick response to this.

I checked our processing server and unfortunately, I’m not seeing a map processing under your account. It seems your upload may have been unsuccessful. At your convenience, can you please try uploading your dataset again? Please make sure that you are connected to stable internet connection. You should receive a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen when your upload has completed successfully.
