I uploaded a set of photos last night around 20:00hrs and it is still processing as 08:45 this morning almost 13 hours. Is this normal of has something gone wrong? If so what can I do about it
Hi @John - Looks like that did come through now. On average maps take about 1 minute per map, a little longer if you choose “structures” mode for processing (our system does prioritize processing speed for our paid customers versus the trial).
We’re also making some system upgrades to make processing faster for everyone using DroneDeploy- thanks for your feedback and patience!
