I am new to Drone Deploy.
I have uploaded all of my images, but cannot load the 2D map. I can with the 3D map etc.
Also in the trial version am I able to download the map somehow?

I had the same problem , just send an email to support@dronedeploy.com detailing your problem and they will get their engineers to sort it out !

sorry to hear you’re having trouble. some initial suggestions:
Please switch to Chrome or Firefox if you aren’t using them already.
Clear the cached data within your browser and re-login to your account.
You can export your map in various formats as part of the 30 Day free trial.
If this does not work , please send an email with the name of your map from the email associated with your DroneDeploy to support@dronedeploy.com
