Crash log log reading

Good afternoon,
I had a crash flying my drone back in June. I am trying to interpret the information on the crash log but it will only open it as TXT and I don’t understand what I am reading.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

Are these the DJI logs on the drone or the DroneDeploy logs on the mobile device? Try AirData.

Eh? It looks like you stopped short but if I get your meaning then you have logs on the drone and another set on the mobile device for the software.

Sorry, I only have DroneDeploy log in the mobile phone, the drone was lost on the crash.

Well at least it will tell you if it was the software or not. Email support and they’ll take a look.
