We have an AgEagle that we are trying to get airborne. I called the manufacturer the other day to get some help and he said we are screwed, DroneDeploy no longer supports your aircraft.
Is this a true statement?
What is the solution?
We don’t need to process our images while flying, we have plenty of time to download them and send off for processing.
We’re a new company just getting started so we are hoping this is not a big issue. I was rather shocked with the response from AgEagle, apparently there is now bad blood between the 2 companies and I can only hope the customers don’t end up paying for it.
