day 2 and still no response to purchasing software
obviously they don’t need the money
no support!
looks like i will be finding a better company that actually offers support & i can actually buy the software immediately not waiting for someone on the other side of the world to respond to an email days/weeks latter
very unhappy!

How have you reached out to support? Have you emailed us or chatted us? I can’t find any history, but maybe I’m searching using the wrong email. Most active DroneDeploy users will agree that DroneDeploy support is extremely responsive. Would you want to get in touch with someone from sales?
