Summary of Issue: The view seen in the app often flips 180 degrees, giving the queasy feeling that the drone is flying backwards. This may well have something to do with the camera mount/gimbal not being “squared” properly, but it seems to me that the app could be made to block the view from flipping
Date Issue Began: At least the last couple of weeks
Drone Model: DJI Phantom 4 Pro
Mobile Device Model and OS version: iPhone, iOS v 11.2.6
DroneDeploy App Version: 2.66.0
Same thing is happening to my P4P after the last DJI firmware update.
Yes it has been mentioned on other forums also- happened to me whilst flying in DGI Go 4 the other day… very difficult to fly like this:
I was going to downgrade as suggested on another forum but noticed there was an updated firmware from DJI released (1.05.0600) so I installed that instead. Won’t be back in air for a couple of days so I’ll check if this has been fixed then.
