Error: 14 UNAVAILABLE: no healthy upstream
from the cloud on all Rocos topics on one of our projects. restarting rocos agent, deleting and reinstalling agent have been unsuccessful .
Also, the bug report link on rocos.io leads to a 404 error, just as a heads up.
Per our contract, we also have a 2 hour SLA for a response and have not heard back in over 3 hours via slack, support email or 24/7 support phone number (have left numerous messages)
