How do i contact support? Need to finish project today. Cant upgrade

I tried to chat but I am prompted to upgrade to business which is what I want to do…but when I try to upgrade, I get an error saying the “Reference must be unique - value has been taken” So…I can’t even get help without solving the issue that I need help with first. Its almost funny. It’s like - Oh you can’t talk because you can’t breath? Just take a deeeep breath and then you can talk!"
