I am a beginner drone pilot thinking of purchasing a drone deploy plan and I am looking for ways to make my unrelated profession more efficient, I was wondering if the Drone Deploy software could assist me in measuring stationary vertical objects like telephone poles, street signs, or other stationary objects? Would the software be able to give me accurate measurements of the heights and distances between objects, or would I run into errors? Any help is appreciated!

Welcome Cameron! Capturing objects like that is not really feasible with photogrammetry unless you fly really low and capture all sides of each one. Narrower object reconstruction is not a strong suit of DroneDeploy. You would want to try something like Reality Capture.
