I am very near the Stewart Airport in Newburgh NY.
I am able to get permission to fly at 100 feet max elevation via an LAANC
LAANC stands for Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability, a software system that allows drone pilots to request access to controlled airspace near airports. It’s a collaboration between the FAA and private industry partners, and is available at 538 LAANC Enabled Facilities and 731 airports across the US.

However, Drone Deploy will it allow me to fly in this are even though I have obtained an LAANC through the app. Is there any way to get permission so that Drone Deploy will allow me to fly.

There are multiple ways to get a LAANC authorization, including while using the DD App. Check the DJI Fly-Safe website to see if there are any DJI Geo-Zones in the LAANC sector you want to fly in at the Stewart Class D. You may, or may not have to get an unlock code from DJI.
