Duel camera capture with Matrice 210 v2 RTK

Hi all,
Trying to make a 3D model with RGB and FLIR at the same time, when I put both camera on my Matrice, I can see only the RGB one (x5s) and only in Manuel flight setting. In automated flight no camera view at all.
Is Dronedeploy app. support two cameras?
Why there’s no camera view on automated flight?
How can I adjust the camera angle for one or double grid missions?
