I’m starting to share the results of my flights easily and was wondering what people are using to share the results. I’ve used the native share function, but have had people come back at me that dd is trying to make them sign up. TYIA

What’s one more account really? That they don’t have to do anything except manage notifications. Yes, DroneDeploy does send an occasional message, but they are well worth the read.

Back to the question, there are a number of platforms out there now that are getting good at just being a small repository and displaying geographic & volumetric data. It will depend on what formats you will be sharing the most as to which is the best fit. AVAG Pro is a newer one on scene that is paid for but IMO a good buy for all the functionality. There’s 3 tiers of drone data sharing and analysis that I have seen which are in-house everything, cloud processing with in-house sharing/analysis and self-processing with online sharing. AVAG also processes but it’s strength that is not common is that you don’t have to have a license for processing and can upload your own data and analyze and share it. Rock Cloud is an option though but I don’t use it or know anyone personally that does. Survey Transfer is one more that I trialed and seemed very good but they were super light on storage and I couldn’t have enough projects running concurrently without paying a lot. That have scaled that much better since then. I think it is somewhere around $1000-1200 a year for everything but a flight app and cloud processing.
