Unable to use DD on Android Tablet

Unable to use DD app on Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0". I followed all the recommended tips for using both apps. I cleard the defaults for both apps, uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. Debug mode is enabled and USB is set to MTP. Was able to get connection to DD once, but not again after exiting app. I spent about 6 hours trying to sort this out. Was able to connect using Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone.

We actually stopped officially supporting the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 a few months ago, which is likely the reason why you are having issues using DroneDeploy on this device.

I suggest taking a look at our Supported Devices (Mobile and Tablet) to see what we currently officially support.
