I think maybe you meant DXF? There are a ton of online PDF converters out there, but give this on a shot first. The problem you are most likely to see is that text does not transfer well at all in most of them.
If you are indeed talking about the Roof Report app then it would probably be best to work directly with support@dronedeploy.com as those responsible for the development probably are not active in this forum.
