Hi, I will strongly recommend you to enable the measurement tools for view-only shared links and embeds.
If you are performing a deploy for a large company, employees are blocked from making individual accounts even they are free. It makes little sense to share a result with no access to take a simple measure for instance. I can appreciate such users being blocked from saving or editing. Still, blocking these simple tools make no sense. I have seen that Pix4D are allowing editable embeds, so this is about keeping your market position as well.
