Update perimeter plan starting point

This turns out to be a very big issue if the property has any size to it. What’s really frustrating is watching the drone fly along a pathway towards the start of the perimeter flight only to have it fly right back over the same path and when it starts to take perimeter shots.

Consider using giving the user two starting points for the perimeter flight. 1) Have the perimeter start at the closest point to where the drone is at the end of the back-and-forth flight OR 2) Have the perimater flight start (and presumably end) at the point closest to the home point. The advantage of the first is there’s no wasted flying between the back-and-forth and the perimeter. The advantage of the second (and why it would probably be my choice) is that the last part of the perimeter flight would be flying towards the home point so it would tend to maximize the battery at the very end.

This would be a huge improvement!
