Is there a way to download a full-resolution point cloud for very large projects? It seems the export cap is not high enough for these projects.

Unless they have gone back there is not a specific limit but if your project is big enough you may not be able to download it. I’ve had to split large missions into multiple maps and combine them later in QGIS a couple of times with long corridors in particular.
