P4P always gets error at startup taking a photo

During startup tests, it’s telling me the photo fails but I press retry and it goes away. I do see that DD DID actually capture the test photos because I have three or more test photos on my SD card when I go to upload.

  2. Is it reproducible every single time or does it seem to happen randomly?
  3. What is the email address associated with your DroneDeploy account?
  4. What is the firmware and app version for your DJI devices?
