Si esas son las herramientas que no salen en la version PRO una es medidas de volumen y en el pack viene incluido.

Hi Juan - annotations and measurements on the 3D model can only be conducted on our Business plan and above.

You are able to conduct volume measurement on our Pro plan, however this is only on the 2D map, not the 3D model.
