I was checking out this blog post last night and it really blew me away. Transport of saltwater in pipelines is not regulated the same way transport of oil is, so we could say there’s a bit of a ‘wild west’ in regards to inspection.
Costs for cleanup of big spills runs into the millions of dollars and more profoundly will forever impact our environment. Seeing companies take initiative using DroneDeploy to be proactive with maintaining a healthy world and a healthy ROI - well, it makes me all misty-eyed.
