Adding Section Township Range

Apologies for the simple question, but is there a way to add section/township/range to the background map while planning a flight? I work in agriculture and receive paperwork that has little other information about the area I am supposed to fly.

Probably easier to do it in Google Earth Pro or QGIS and then import a KML or SHP.
