I have a DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2 and need to take Ratio 3:2 photos, which the drone camera is capable of. In my project folder in Drone Deploy, I have Automatic Settings turned off so I can change the camera setting in the DJI GO 4 App. I make sure the camera setting is 3:2 but when I fly the site and return to the office, the images are in 4:3. While flying, it shows that the camera setting are being used by the DJI GO 4 app. I was able to take 3:2 with Drone Deploy before November of last year (2023). I’m not sure what changed. Are there any steps I’m missing or any other settings I need to change?
