I have posted a couple of times about frustrations with offline missions, so I would just like to post about my positive experience today with the latest update of the DroneDeploy app.
For the first time I had complete success in creating a mission at home, turning off my tablet, restarting it in the field, and flying a successful mission. All pictures were successfully saved to the SD card and the drone performed an orbit at the end. In addition, I was able to see the downloaded satellite map image without internet or phone connection, and was able to copy a mission and modify it.
