Will Drone Deploy fire shutter with externa camera

Hi Guys.

Apologies if this has been covered already. Had a quick look.

We are using the m600 with the dji x5 but would like to use a Sony A7R3 camera instead.

I understand you can use an external camera. But does drone Deploy still fire the camera- we have the IR release installed and it works through dji go.

The dji groundstation pro fires the shutter for the Sony. So in theory it works. So does it work with drone Deploy.

If not are their any external cameras that do…

Now while I’m asking does anyone use this setup and does anyone know of a way to feed the gps data into the Sony camera.

Apologies for the delayed response. If a device is not listed on our Supported Drones page, we cannot guarantee that it will or should work without issue with DroneDeploy.
