When I am trying to place a marker to get my Northing / Easting and Elevations

Hi there, thank you for posting to our forum.
The zoom capability will depend on the resolution of the map. The higher the resolution = the higher the zoom. That said, the web-app explorer will not support the same kind of zoom as GIS programs that allows pixel-level zoom. I recommend exporting to zoom to this level in a third party like QGIS.
