Appreciate Client doesn’t need to have Dronedeploy but issue is the link is not appearing in their Inbox…is there a possibility their Company blocks such links?
Ok so after my customer sign up for a free DD account do they have to upgrade to the Pro so they can see and work on more than 5 maps per month or the 5 per months limits is only for map upload ?

I believe they can can see what is shared with them via their free account. I actually use Sketchfab.com to share 3D models and upload the exportable files on my bussiness google drive.

Ok great thank you for the info. But they can see the maps but can’t do anything on it like add volume or distance, notes ?
I think those features, would require a paid subscription.

Ok, I’m trying to export my 3D from DD to my computer so I can upload it to Sketchfab but it doesn’t seem to export in the right format as it’s too big to upload to sketchfab… Any advices ? Thank you so so much
Sketchfab will take the OBJ version of the 3D model - the model you download from DD is the same one we upload to Sketchfab, so it should work.
Regarding the sharing - they will be able to add annotations to the map, and will have Volume during the duration of their Pro trial, but if their Pro trial expires they will not be able to use Pro features.
ok but if I have the pro software and add notes and annotations to the 2d map and share that map with them would they be able to see the annotations and info about it like surface and volume ?

Your notes will be visible to them.
WRT 3D models - we have a paid account with Sketchfab - this might be the reason. Check out https://sketchfab.com/plans for more info on what sizes you are allowed to upload. They have more tips on their support pages: https://help.sketchfab.com/hc/en-us/articles/202508836-Uploading-Model-Files

Open 3D model in your DD account. Hit show in full screen and in the bottom left of map you will see a small cube. Click on that and it will take you right into sketchfab and your map with different ways to share or embed into your website if you have one.
