Today I flew my Inspire 1 (with x3 camera) on a short mission. Last night I downloaded the map for offline use to my tablet (Android, NVidia Shield) without a hitch, but this morning I got a message that said “waiting to download basemap” that never went away. I had my tablet hotspotted to my phone for signal, so I know the problem wasn’t there. I was able to fly and see my map, so I’m curious what that meant, and why it wasn’t fully ready from last night’s preparation.
Any thoughts appreciated! Thank you.
Did you try restarting the app? We try to download base map every 5 minutes. Or you can manually trigger sync process by pulling down the plans list in the dashboard.
