I’m currently in demo mode, and have attempted to complete several mapping samples. So far I’ve only been able to upload and view 1 project. I left 1 project after approx. 6hrs of upload time, to return and find during the time i was away my pc restarted… With no option to “resume”, however when i log into the app the status circle shows “resume” yet I can’t due to it not being supported by mobile. Log on via pc and all it shows is queued with no movement. Tried to upload the project again with it stopping on 36min remaining and now showing queued. Im at a loss.

Per your last thread, I would check the browser (Chrome and Firefox definitely preferred) and your connection. If that’s not helping, support@dronedeploy.com
